Shipping Policy
Free shipping is ONLY available in the continental United States of America via UPS Ground. Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders are subject to the full cost of shipping.

Return/Exchange Policy

From time to time we find our customers receive merchandise that is different than what they expected. In order to resolve these circumstances we have a return and exchange policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of your ship date for an exchange or refund. We only exchange or refund original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice which is emailed to you when you make your purchase and is also included on your packing slip.

For Returns:

We refund any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice. To receive your refund, you can 1) visit our store in Greenport, NY, or 2) send it back to us at Wm. J. Mills & Co., Returns Department, 74100 West Front Street, P.O. Box 2126, Greenport, NY 11944.

All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. Any shipping and handling fees that were paid during the original order are non-refundable.

For Exchanges:

We exchange any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice. To exchange your merchandise, you can 1) visit our store in Greenport, NY, or 2) send it back to us at Wm. J. Mills & Co., Returns Department, 74100 West Front Street, P.O. Box 2126, Greenport, NY 11944.

Please do not send any additional payment such as a check to cover a price difference for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. Any additional method of payment will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.

All exchanges are shipped UPS ground service.

Return / Exchange Time Frame:

Upon receipt of your return, please allow up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Allow up to 2 weeks for shipment of exchanged merchandise.
